▁2. ▁User▁Accounts

Business▁owners▁register▁accounts to post,▁manage▁service▁information; is▁responsible for the▁accuracy,▁legality of his▁content▁posting and▁security of log-in▁information. Customers can use▁most▁features▁without▁enrollment; ‹ The▁creation of "if" Hạ Long Xanh"is not▁mandatory.

Three. ▁User-published▁Content

The business▁owner▁pledges to▁only post▁information,▁images that he has▁legal rights to use, not to▁violate the▁intellectual▁ownership or▁information of the▁third party. Hạ Long Xanh has the right to▁refuse to▁censor,▁temporarily▁hide or▁remove the▁content of▁violations of▁law,▁false▁facts or▁violate this▁provision.

Four. ▁Ratings and Comments

Five. ▁Limiting▁Accountability

Hạ Long Xanh The▁attempt to▁secure▁information on the correct,▁updated▁platform but did not▁guarantee▁absolute▁accuracy of▁information▁provided by the▁third party. The▁responsibility for▁quality,▁price,▁state of▁supply and the▁implementation of▁services▁belongs to the▁service unit that is▁selected by the▁customer. Six. ▁Change the▁terms

Hạ Long Xanh may update this▁provision to▁conform to the▁laws or▁changes in▁operation. The▁latest▁version is▁always▁publicised at this page.

Seven. The▁Rule of▁Applications

This▁provision was▁adjusted by the▁laws of Vietnam,▁including the Civil Law, the▁Trade Act, the▁electronic▁Trade Act (122/2025/QH15) and▁related▁legal▁texts.
